The techniques for men to exercise and control their ejaculation ability start with reducing sexual organ sensitivity

This practice method usually consists of 10-20 sessions, but it should be determined based on your own situation, preferably until you are exhausted.
Step 4: Massage your penis until it reaches its hardest state. Gently squeeze the penis with your hand and stretch it as much as possible. At this point, you will feel the pulsation of the penile artery, repeating it over and over again until you are exhausted. Alright, you have passed the most difficult level, and you should practice this method at least 3-4 times a week.
