The symptoms of four kinds of urinary system diseases: the harm of balanitis to patients
Most male urinary system diseases are urinary system infections, including orchitis, urethritis and cystitis, prepuce balanitis and prostatitis. Experts pointed out that any urinary system infection disease should be treated in time to avoid aggravating the disease and causing other complications. Experts also suggested that the treatment of urinary diseases should follow the treatment principles of urinary diseases. The following are common symptoms of urinary system diseases.
1、 Orchitis
Testitis is quite rare, and its transmission routes include blood, lymph and direct spread. Any infected blood will cause acute inflammation of the testis. Among them, epidemic mumps orchitis is the most common. It is caused by downward infection, and the mumps virus is discharged from the patient's urine. About 20% of the patients suffering from parotitis after puberty are accompanied by orchitis, of which about 1/4 is bilateral orchitis. The main symptoms of orchitis are testicular swelling, pain, fever and cold. When men suffer from acute orchitis, they may have difficulty in sexual intercourse, because the blood vessel congestion caused by excitement can cause pain to the inflamed testicles, and the pressure generated during sexual intercourse, as well as the rotation and elevation of the testicles, can also cause pain.
2、 Urethritis and cystitis
Almost all kinds of infection sources can cause lower urinary tract infection, but bacterial infection is the most common. Urethritis is usually divided into gonococcal and non-gonococcal. During routine examination and bacterial culture, about 90% of non-gonococcal urethritis did not find the cause, so the infection was called non-specific urethritis. By using specific methods, the mycoplasma trachomatis can be isolated from 42% of male non-gonococcal urethra. In addition, trichomonas and candida are also common pathogens of non-gonococcal urethritis.
Typical urethritis has difficulty urinating (pain or burning sensation during urination), frequent urination, and acute urination. Neisseria gonorrhoeae urethritis is usually characterized by continuous urination, while non-gonococcal urethritis has no such symptoms. If the patient has cystitis (often accompanied by urethritis), it will show marked suprapubic pain and tenderness.
3、 Prepuce balanitis
Many patients have erythema or pimples on the penis and glans, and suspect that they are suffering from sexually transmitted diseases. Go to see a doctor to know that it is foreskin balanitis (penile foreskin inflammation). In fact, foreskin balanitis is a common disease. Prepuce balanitis is divided into prepuce balanitis and balanitis, which is often called penis prepuce balanitis. This kind of inflammation can be infectious and non-infectious, and there are many infectious prepuce balanitis in clinic. The infectivity is mostly unclean sexual intercourse. The non-infective factors of Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Gonococcus gonorrhoeae and other bacterial infections are mostly long foreskin, insufficient cleaning, and the impurity between foreskin and glans, that is, the accumulation of foreskin scale, which stimulates the inflammation of local foreskin and mucous membrane.
