Sexual Health
The proportion of people with sexual dysfunction is three times higher in women than in men
Usually, when it comes to sexual dysfunction, people think of men, as if sexual dysfunction has become a "patent" for men. However, according to experts, many women also suffer from sexual dysfunction. And the number of women suffering from sexual dysfunction is three times higher than that of men.
Causes of sexual dysfunction
The causes of sexual dysfunction can be divided into physiological and psychological factors. Psychological reasons account for a larger proportion. Comparing sex to poetry and music from the core of life varies depending on human interpretation. In the process of interpretation, psychology clearly accounts for a considerable proportion. Unfortunately, people often place too much emphasis on techniques in sexual intercourse, and once they find that they cannot, they are accustomed to blaming themselves or the other party for their physiological problems and improving their physical performance through various means. Often they use their power in the wrong place.
Many ED patients have psychological reasons
A study on the etiology classification of erectile dysfunction (ED) patients with 628 participants in China showed that psychological problems accounted for 39%. Among male ED patients, tension, stress, depression, unease, and marital incompatibility are common conditions, but they have no physical problems at all. A 40 year old patient found himself repeatedly "losing out" during sexual intercourse, and coupled with some complaints from his wife, "not lifting" became his nightmare. However, at the same time, he found that when masturbating, he could once again demonstrate his prowess. Later on, when seeking medical attention, it became clear that ED was completely caused by psychological issues.
Psychological factors have a greater impact on women
For women, psychological factors are of greater importance. Clinical statistics show that women suffer from sexual dysfunction three times more than men. Among them, frigidity, difficulty in arousing sexual arousal, and vaginal spasms are all related to psychology. Experts point out that women are more sensitive, have emotional cracks, lack confidence in their body shape, have excessive life pressure, and may become interested in sex appeal.
Work pressure is a sex killer for middle-aged and young people
From an age perspective, the biggest killer of sexual activity among young and middle-aged people is clearly work. According to the survey on the causes of sexless marriage, 33.4% of them are under pressure at work and lack of sex. Many young and middle-aged people are anxious, depressed, and lack the time and energy to enjoy sex due to high survival pressure.
Elderly people's avoidance of sexual activity leads to worsening of obstacles
Elderly people believe that sex is a matter for young people or avoid it due to concerns about their sexual dysfunction. If there is no sexual stimulation for a long time, various sexual dysfunction problems may further worsen.
