The otaku man tribe should pay attention to: timely release of psychology is important
The rapid development of modern society has led to the emergence of the "homestead clan" among the people, but the phenomenon of homestead is not really a healthy way of life. Previously, it was just some adult homes, but now even children often have holidays and don't go out. There are also many "otaku people" who believe that brain power is more important than physical strength and never exercise, which is too biased.
1. Health hazards brought by 'homestead'
"Zhai" was originally a derogatory term in Japan, referring to a way of life that poses obstacles to human contact. Nowadays in China, 'homestead' encompasses more meanings and can be understood as a way of life and attitude, not limited to form and content. Many urban white-collar workers, due to their tendency towards loneliness and silence, choose to stay alone and do what they want to do. Nowadays, people generally consider 'homestead' as a neutral term, but 'homestay life' still inevitably brings health risks.
The 'otaku' are often anime controllers, internet controllers, game controllers, etc. Their main characteristics are sedentary and irregular schedules. Sitting for a long time can slow down blood circulation throughout the body, leading to insufficient blood supply to the brain, causing mental damage, and easily developing cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease. Due to prolonged exposure to flexion, it can also lead to cervical spondylosis. Some serious "homestay people" rarely go out, unwilling to interact with strangers, and even do not want to go to school or work. Over time, they may experience decreased social skills, weak interpersonal relationships, and poor social adaptability.
2. Gradually adapting from the 'homestay movement'
There are many intelligent and skilled individuals among the 'otaku' group, who usually disdain sports and believe that brain power is far more important than physical strength. The fact is not true. Actively participating in sports can enhance the body's perception and control, improve the body's oxygen content, enhance physical fitness, relax the mood, relieve stress, and enhance energy. Yuan Longping, the father of hybrid rice, won the swimming championship in Wuhan during his high school years and still maintains the habit of swimming and fitness to this day. Zhong Nanshan, an academician of the CAE Member, was a very excellent track and field athlete in his college days, having broken the national record of 400m hurdles. For him, as long as there are ten minutes, he will seize the time to exercise.
It's not easy to get the 'otaku' out of their homes, so we can start with the 'otaku movement'. It's better to do some basic exercises at home, such as doing exercises, stretching, and keeping your eyes open after facing the computer for a long time, to gradually improve your physical condition and regulate your body functions. Or choose a dance game that, regardless of the dance technique, can at least make the heart beat faster.
There is a considerable proportion of otaku women among the "otaku clan", and the direct consequence of less exercise is the accumulation of waist and abdominal fat, and the lack of aesthetic body shape makes them unwilling to go out. Suggest doing exercises such as squatting, waist rotation, and tiptoe, or refer to online fitness videos for fitness.
3. Release your mind and go for a walk
The emergence of 'homestay life' is closely related to many factors such as excessive competitive pressure in today's society, accelerated pace of life, and the rapid development of the internet. The 'otaku' need to overcome psychological barriers in order to better integrate into social life.
First, think carefully about what your life goals are. 'Residential life' is just a way of life and a state of survival, and for anyone, this is definitely not the ultimate goal of life. Everyone has a power of self growth in their heart, with various expectations and desires for life. Try listening to their inner voice and gradually stimulate the desire for change. Believe that they can and have the ability to change.
Start with small things in life. For example, try occasionally going shopping on the street instead of relying solely on online transactions. Reschedule your schedule and avoid staying up late or sleeping in all the time. Whenever you complete a task, give yourself appropriate rewards to increase confidence.
Start with your surroundings and gradually expand your social circle. Good interpersonal relationships come from understanding and accepting oneself, as well as from communicating and understanding others. As long as you treat people sincerely, have a friendly heart, learn to smile, be willing to constantly recharge, and dare to express yourself, you will definitely meet many friends who truly appreciate and understand you.
When the weather is good, don't disappoint the fresh air and bright sunshine of nature. It's best to take a walk outdoors. Make several travel plans for yourself every year and travel regularly. Not only can you broaden your horizons, but you will also love and cherish life more. As the 'otaku' gradually feel the pleasure brought by exercise, their lifestyle will also unconsciously change.
