Sexual Health
Sperm is naturally delicate and has seven fears. Only by doing so can we take care of it
What causes a decrease in male sperm quality? The reason for this is that many factors can become sperm killers.
The "7 Things" that Sperm Worries the Most
1. Fear of smoke and alcohol
Smoking and alcoholism are our great enemies (sperm), and the nicotine in cigarettes not only reduces the secretion of sex hormones, but also directly kills us.
Alcohol can lead to stunted development, and long-term alcohol consumption may affect 70% of our brothers.
2. Fear of hunger
The sperm factory requires nutrients to produce our sperm. Some expectant fathers have a monotonous, partial, picky diet, and do not like to eat animal based foods such as meat, eggs, fish, and dairy products. Over time, the body is prone to a lack of various minerals, especially zinc, which can lead to a decrease in our normal form rate, thereby reducing male fertility.
3. Afraid of excessive indulgence, even more afraid of abstinence
Our (sperm) manufacturing time takes 3 months, and if we ship too frequently, the warehouse will be empty, and the factory will not be able to supply the goods. The quality of goods barely supplied cannot be guaranteed. Some couples take the opposite approach - 'abstinence' - and are prepared to hit with just one blow, which is also incorrect. Our lives are limited, and staying in the warehouse for a long time can also lead to aging and disintegration, so excessive abstinence is not advisable.
Because sperm can live for 2-3 days in the vagina, the frequency of having sexual intercourse once every 2-3 days is the most harmonious.
4. Fear of heat
The temperature of the sperm factory (testicles) is 1-2 ° C lower than the body temperature, so that the factory can operate normally. If you have a hobby of soaking in hot baths, hot springs, and splitting on the floor heating, our (sperm) appearance will also be affected!
5. Fear of drugs and radiation
Long term use of sedatives, anti-tumor drugs, and hormone drugs can cause growth disorders in our sperm, leading to abnormal morphology. Excessive exposure to radiation can also cause chromosomal aberrations in our sperm. So expectant fathers who need to take medication and undergo examinations should communicate with the doctor in a timely manner and inform them that they are preparing for pregnancy.
6. Fear of depression
Don't always argue and get angry with your daughter-in-law over trivial matters. Sudden emotional changes can affect the nervous system and endocrine function, leading to disruptions in the sperm factory.
7. Fear of illness
If suffering from diseases such as prostatitis, seminal vesiculitis, orchitis, epididymitis, etc., it should be treated promptly, as these diseases can directly or indirectly affect our (sperm) production, development, etc.
