Sitting posture can affect the prostate gland. Four major considerations for healthy prostate
The prostate is the most vulnerable organ for men to get sick. Due to lack of attention in daily life, it is easy to cause prostate problems. Especially male friends who often sit in the office for a long time are more likely to develop prostatitis. In order to prevent prostatitis, men need to choose the correct sitting posture.
When a person sits upright normally, the center of gravity naturally falls on the position of the prostate. After sitting for a long time, the hypertrophic prostate must bear the pressure of weight, which inevitably causes the hypertrophic prostate to press against the urethral canal and oppress the urethra. In severe cases, it can cause difficulty in urination, or even urinary closure.
Proper sitting posture protects the prostate
Therefore, when patients with BPH are sitting, they should consciously shift their center of gravity to the left or right buttocks (which can be rotated appropriately between the left and right buttocks), which can prevent the body's center of gravity from directly pressing the BPH, thereby avoiding or reducing the pressure of the BPH on the urethra.
Four Precautions for Prostate Health
1、 Eat less spicy food, which has a stimulating effect on the human body, especially the prostate.
2、 Avoid sitting still for a long time. Generally, after sitting for forty to fifty minutes, you should get up and exercise.
3、 When riding a bicycle, men must pay attention to the comfort of the seat. High or stiff bicycle seats can cause local pressure on the male prostate, exacerbate prostate congestion, and increase the likelihood of inflammation.
4、 Maintain a moderate sexual life.
I hope male friends can improve their prostate protection awareness. If there is a problem with the prostate, it is necessary to seek medical treatment in a timely manner in order to have a healthy prostate. At the same time, male friends who often sit for a long time should maintain correct sitting posture and exercise more to prevent the occurrence of prostatitis.
