1、 Don't get up too early

2、 It is not advisable to exercise in the woods before sunrise

After a night of breathing, the carbon dioxide content in the woods in the early morning is high, but the oxygen content is very low. Therefore, when exercising in the woods before sunrise, you may inhale more carbon dioxide, and in severe cases, you may experience dizziness or even fainting. Only after sunrise, when the trees begin photosynthesis, does the air quality in the forest become better and better.
3、 Not suitable for excessive strength
Just after waking up, all tissues and organs of the body are in a suppressed state. Sudden vigorous exercise can cause a sharp increase in blood flow in the muscles, which can increase the intensity and frequency of heart contraction. The myocardium can become prematurely tired due to insufficient oxygen supply, leading to chest tightness. In addition, patients with diabetes should also prevent hypoglycemia caused by excessive exercise intensity.
4、 It is not advisable to be inattentive
During morning exercise, if you are listening to the radio and recording at the same time, it can affect the sustained and stable excitability of the central nervous system, causing irregular fluctuations in sports emotions, breaking the regulation rules of the body system, and greatly reducing the effect of morning exercise.
