Due to the presence of sperm antibodies, sperm self agglutinate. Through both sperm agglutination test and post coital test, it was found that sperm agglutination is a condition of sperm agglutination, which needs to be distinguished from non liquefaction of the seminal vesicle.
Method for diagnosing sperm agglutination:
1. Unexplained infertility, no abnormalities were found in the routine semen examination of the male partner and the fertility test of the female partner.
2. Repeated semen examination showed agglutination of active sperm.
3. Sperm agglutination tests, including in vitro slide agglutination (TSAT), gelatin agglutination (CAT), and shallow plate agglutination (TAT), can detect anti sperm antibodies.

5. Cervical mucus penetration test, with a penetration distance of 6-16mm and low titer antibodies, and high titer antibodies below 5mm.
6. There are four types of sperm agglutination: head to head, tail to tail, tail to tail, and mixed type.

Sperm agglutination syndrome - treatment methods
(1) Kidney Yang Deficiency Type
Main symptoms: Sperm agglutination, infertility due to cold semen, or visible cold limbs, clear and long urine, pale and plump tongue with teeth marks, and thick and thin veins.
Treatment: Warming Yang and Transforming Coagulation.
(2) Kidney Yin Deficiency Type
Main evidence: Sperm agglutination, long-term infertility after marriage, or accompanied by fever, night sweats, tinnitus, tongue redness and less moss, and thin pulse count.
Treatment: Nourishing Yin and Relieving Coagulation.
(3) Liver Meridian Damp Heat Type
Main evidence: sperm agglutination, infertility after marriage, lack of abdominal discomfort, yellow and short urine, red tongue and yellow fur, and several smooth veins.
Treatment: Dissolve turbidity and eliminate coagulation.
(4) Liver Qi Stagnation Type
Main symptoms: Sperm agglutination, chest tightness, or discomfort in the ribs, swelling of the perineum, red tongue edges, white fur, and stringed veins.
Treatment method: Open depression and remove coagulation [1].
