Repeated high fever, dysuria? Be careful that you have been found in the early stage of ectopic prostate
Speaking of prostate, we are not unfamiliar
But be specific
Ectopic disease of prostate
Presumably everyone began to be confused
Now let's learn about ectopic prostate with you
Pathogenesis
At the 12th week of the embryo, the prostate sac is formed, and the outgrowth of the endoderm cells of the urethral prostate forms the prostate primordium. These primordia are divided into five groups, forming the primitive leaves of the prostate. These primitive leaves do not merge until adulthood, and their boundaries disappear. In addition to the above-mentioned prostate primordium, the pararenal tubules and some residual tissues after the degeneration of the mesorenal tubules form the same but smaller urethral epithelial collateral branches in the bladder neck and other parts with the nature of the prostate, These smaller collateral branches usually have no physiological function and do not develop into the prostate. However, under a specific environmental condition, they may enter the development state and cause the occurrence of ectopic prostate.
Early symptoms of ectopic prostate
1. Repeated high fever
High fever is one of the symptoms of ectopic prostate. It usually occurs when the prostate is infected after ectopic prostate. The temperature can reach 39 degrees Celsius, and it occurs repeatedly.
2. Swelling
Ectopic prostate is the same as the prostate moving to other places to grow, just like the nest of a magpie. Once the prostate is ectopic, the prostate will have a tendency to increase.
3. Hematuria
Hematuria is one of the symptoms of ectopic prostate, but it is not a specific symptom. Some patients do not even have hematuria.
4. Blood essence
Haemospermia is also a symptom of ectopic prostate. Because of hematuria, the semen contains blood components.
5. Dysuria
At present, dysuria can often be seen when the prostate gland is moved to the bladder neck. At the same time, dysuria may also be the cause of prostate hyperplasia in patients with ectopic prostate.
6. Penile pain
When the glandular ectopia grows at the root of the penis, penis pain often occurs.
7. Frequent and urgent urination
Frequent and urgent urination are common symptoms of ectopic prostate. The occurrence of this symptom is often related to the location of the ectopic prostate. It is easy to recur when combined with infection.
8. No symptoms
After the appearance of ectopic prostate, some patients may not have any clinical manifestations, that is, no discomfort, which is mostly found by an accidental B-ultrasound examination.
So now we all know that patients with ectopic prostate have abnormalities at the time of maternal pregnancy, which leads to patients suffering from such diseases after birth. The early symptoms are not obvious. However, careful observation will find that when patients find that they have symptoms of such diseases, they should go to the hospital for surgery as soon as possible, so as not to affect their future sexual life or fertility.
