During the period of vacation, it is necessary to wash the external genitalia frequently with warm water and change sanitary napkins frequently to prevent blood stains from becoming a culture medium for bacteria. The whole package of sanitary napkins should be heated in the microwave oven for 1~2 minutes to sterilize.
