Endocrine imbalance is a common disease in women, with many causes. It is mainly due to paying attention to reasonable lifestyle habits and diet in daily life, and paying attention to treatment and cooking methods after illness.
Causes of endocrine disorders
1. Malnutrition: The human body needs sufficient nutrition to maintain normal physiological functions. Not eating on time and losing weight can easily lead to insufficient nutrition intake, and poor dietary habits are common causes of endocrine disorders.
2. Bad daily habits: working overtime and staying up late, evening life affecting women's ovulation cycle, irregular menstruation. Therefore, it is necessary to control night life, ensure sufficient sleep, rest on time, and combine work and rest. Only a regular lifestyle can restore normal endocrine function.
3. Adverse emotions and stress: Prolonged exposure to excessive stress and tension can also cause endocrine disorders and affect ovulation. So, female friends should learn to reduce stress and maintain comfort.
4. Aging and genetics: Aging causes endocrine disorders. When young, the functions of various organs in the body function normally, but as age increases, organ function gradually declines, causing endocrine disorders in women. However, some people's endocrine disorders come from genetics.
5. Poor air quality: Severe environmental pollution can cause endocrine disorders. Some chemicals in the air, after entering the human body through various channels, undergo a series of chemical reactions, causing endocrine disorders, menstrual disorders, endometrial hyperplasia, and many other problems in women.
6. Disease factors: Women with premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, and other diseases can also affect normal endocrine function and cause endocrine disorders.
