This is one of the reasons why male breast cancer patients are often in the late stage when they first visit the doctor.
Symptoms:
Because men's breasts are small, it is easy to detect small foreign bodies in men's breasts. Compared with women, as long as they pay more attention at ordinary times, it is easier for men to find problems early when they have breast lesions. Experts remind that men should go to the hospital for further examination as soon as possible when they have the following conditions.
1. Agglomeration and swelling. The main symptom of male breast cancer is that the mass in the breast often occurs around the areola, with hard texture, unclear boundary, often unsmooth surface and poor mobility.
2. The breast skin is sunken. The nipple is invaginated with occasional nipple hemorrhage. Sometimes the pain is not obvious, but if you find that the nipple retracts and involves the skin, you should be vigilant.
3. Enlarged lymph nodes. The biggest feature of breast cancer is that it is easy to metastasize, so if you find axillary lymph nodes swelling for a long time, you should also be particularly careful.
