Men aged 30 need to prevent 6 diseases, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases become the first killer of health
Modern men have an unnatural taste for health. Even if they are really sick, they often ignore it. In fact, men's bodies also need to be maintained regularly. Men need to pay attention to their health by using the small signals that their bodies give us.
Six diseases that should be prevented for men aged 30
1. Cardiovascular disease
Cardiovascular diseases include heart disease, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc. The main cause is arteriosclerosis. Arteriosclerosis is the deposition of fat and cholesterol on the inner wall of the artery, accompanied by the formation of fibrous tissue and calcification. When the disease develops to the coronary artery of the heart, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, stroke and acute death occur.
Main symptoms: palpitation, dyspnea, headache, chest pain, fatigue, dizziness.
Threatened population: mainly male aged 30-45.
The occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are closely related to people's daily life, with the characteristics of "high incidence rate, high mortality, high disability rate, high recurrence rate" and "many complications". Cardio-cerebrovascular disease has been recognized by the World Health Organization as the "number one killer" endangering human health. About 15 million people die of cardio-cerebrovascular disease every year in the world, and about 4 million people die of this disease every year in China.
For a long time, many doctors have warned patients with myocardial infarction to exercise as little as possible to reduce the risk of arrhythmia, cardiac arrest and cardiac rupture. Patients and their families think that the longer the rest time in bed after myocardial infarction is, the better the less the activity is. Experts believe that there is a misunderstanding here, because the "inability to exercise" makes patients nervous and feel hopeless. After long-term bed rest, it is easy to have serious problems such as thromboembolism, precipitated pneumonia, bedsores and so on.
Many studies over 35 years have shown that lack of exercise is closely related to the incidence rate and mortality of cardiovascular diseases. Including the famous Finnish twin study, more than 15000 twins were divided into regular training and occasional training groups. The former had 20% lower cardiovascular disease than the latter. For elderly patients with chronic diseases, exercise can improve heart function, increase myocardial oxygen supply and reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, including lowering blood lipids, blood pressure and blood sugar.
2. Fatty liver
Fatty liver is a disease that causes excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells due to various reasons. Normal intrahepatic fat accounts for 3%~4% of liver weight, fatty liver is defined as fatty liver with fat content more than 5% of liver weight, and the amount of serious fat can reach 40%~50%.
