"Prolonged foreskin is a very common andrology disease. There are four major hazards to an excessively long foreskin:

3. Damage to renal function: Inflammation of the penis can cause stricture of the urethral orifice or anterior urethra, causing difficulty in urination. If urination is difficult for a long time, the function of the kidneys will be impaired.
4. Harmful to female reproductive health: Modern scientific research has shown that foreskin scaling is a carcinogen. According to surveys, 85% to 95% of patients with penile cancer have phimosis or excessive foreskin. "Prolonged phimosis and foreskin not only affect one's health, but also can bring foreskin dirt into the vagina to stimulate the uterus and induce cervical cancer if one sleeps with his wife.".
