Boiled Old Duck with Gorgon Fruit: Take 200g Gorgon Fruit, 1 Old Duck, and appropriate amount of seasonings such as ginger, scallions, salt, and monosodium glutamate. After slaughtering the old duck, remove the internal organs and select blood purification water; Put the sauce mixture into the belly of the old duck. Place the pot, add water, add the old duck, bring to a boil, simmer gently until cooked, add seasoning, and serve. Eat meat and soup, with meals, 1-2 meals per week. Shouwu jujube Congee: take 60g of polygonum multiflorum, 100g of japonica rice, 3-5 jujube, and some rock sugar. Shouwu Chicken: Choose 1 Tongzi Chicken, 20 grams of Polygonum multiflorum, 300 milliliters of chicken soup, and appropriate amounts of scallions, ginger, and garlic. First, cut the slaughtered chicken into pieces, blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes, and remove it. Place the pot in vegetable oil, heat it up, add scallions, ginger, and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add chicken cubes and stir fry, then add polygonum multiflorum and chicken soup, simmer gently for about 1 hour, then serve. Chestnut Congee: 150g chestnuts, 100g japonica rice, and some rock sugar. Wash and cut the chestnuts. Boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, peel off the shell and film. Put the pot, add water, put in the japonica rice, boil it in the fire, turn to the gentle fire, add chestnuts, and simmer it into Congee. Add rock sugar and let it melt.
