1. Wear tight jeans for a long time

3. Frequent masturbation
If you masturbate excessively or have sex too often, the amount of sperm per ejaculation will also decrease. Therefore, do not deliberately restrain sexual life at ordinary times. Having sex once every 2-3 days can increase the probability of sperm and egg combination.
4. Chemical pollution
Newly decorated houses and chemical production sites are all contaminated by chemicals. If men live and work in such places, indoor organic compounds will reduce the number of men's sperm, and serious infertility will occur.
5. Excessive pressure
Depression, anxiety, long-term emotional instability, affect the nervous system and endocrine function, make testicular spermatogenesis function disorder, serious infertility. According to statistics, infertility caused by emotional disorders accounts for about 5% of all infertile people. How can men prevent infertility?
1. Avoid exposure to ionizing and non-ionizing radiation
