Is testicular pain related to sexual activity? These factors can cause testicular pain
The male testicles play an important role as producers in the reproductive system, so most people still take great care of them, fearing that they may accidentally harm their own lifeline. But sometimes the body is also in good condition, but after sexual activity, the testicles ache constantly, which may be caused by excessive sexual activity. Therefore, it is important to control the frequency of sexual activity in daily life.
How can frequent sexual activity lead to testicular pain?
1. Scrotal collision
The scrotum is wrapped around the outer layer of the testicles, and its soft texture can provide good protection for the internal testicles. The scrotum is also filled with nerve veins, which can quickly transmit pain. Collisions between the scrotum and the female genitalia during sexual activity are inevitable, and some young men and women who move too much during activity can also cause the scrotum to be compressed by strong external forces, making it easy to touch the pain nerves inside the scrotum. If sexual activity is frequent, the longer this nerve stimulation lasts, the more intense the pain in the testicles.
2. Scrotal contraction
After the ejaculatory center emits ejaculatory commands, it causes the scrotum to quickly contract, increasing local pressure and allowing semen to enter the seminal vesicle through the vas deferens, ready to be ejected from the ejaculatory duct at any time. But this intense contraction can also cause discomfort in the internal testicles, causing strong pressure on the living space it occupies, stinging the testicular nerves, and exhibiting symptoms of testicular pain.
3. Seminal vesicle contraction
Semen needs to be mixed with prostate fluid before ejaculation, and this process requires the seminal vesicle to press the semen out of the seminal vesicle through its own contractility. Frequent sexual activity can also cause frequent contractions of the seminal vesicles, triggering pain nerves within the seminal vesicles. Due to the close proximity between the seminal vesicles and testicles, this nerve conduction can easily spread to the periphery, causing pain in testicles and other areas.
4. Prostate contraction
The prostate serves as the last gateway for ejaculation and urination, and its internal nerve veins can connect to the surrounding testicles, scrotum, seminal vesicles, and other parts, forming a complete system of the entire reproductive organs. When a man is in a state of near ejaculation, the prostate first releases semen to the posterior wall of the urethra through its relaxing effect, and then the prostate begins to contract rapidly, adding enough power to the semen left in that area to make it ejaculate quickly. Excessive sexual activity can cause excessive relaxation and contraction of the prostate gland, causing tearing of the internal ganglia and causing pain.
