Impotence is a major cause of the decline of male sexual function, and also a headache problem that plagues men. It can seriously affect the relationship between husband and wife. There are many reasons for male impotence, and male penis injury can also lead to impotence.
1. Skin laceration of penis
When the penis skin is pulled violently, it can be torn or even torn from outside the Buck fascia. Because the skin of the penis head is closely connected with the subcutaneous tissue, it is not easy to tear off. The tear off of the penis skin often starts at the root of the penis and ends at the coronal groove, which is also called cylindrical avulsion injury. Because of the protection of the penis fascia, the cavernous body and urethra of the penis are not injured.
2. Penile fracture
When the penis is erect, foreign violence or sexual violence may cause rupture of the white membrane and cavernous body of the penis. Fracture often occurs in the distal 1/3 or middle of the penis.
When injured, there was a "seizure" noise and sharp pain, and then the penis became soft, and then the penis swelled rapidly due to bleeding, and the skin was cyan. Bleeding is generally limited to the penis. If there is a rupture of the Buck fascia, the bleeding extends along the scrotum and perineum. If there is a urethral injury, there may be urethral bleeding, or even dysuria.
3. Strangulation and crush of penis
Most of them are mental disorders, abnormal libido or pranks. They put metal rings, screw caps, penis sleeves, rubber bands and other rings into the penis, or forget to release the compression band placed at the root of the penis after the circumcision of the penis, which leads to blood supply and blood return disorders, causing tissue edema, ischemia, even necrosis, and dysuria.
4. Contusion of penis
When the penis is erect, it is hit and squeezed by external force, or when it falls, the penis is squeezed between the external object and the pubic arch, causing subcutaneous tissue or cavernous injury, subcutaneous tissue congestion, skin edema, and spindle hematoma in severe cases, but most of them do not have urethral injury.
5. Incision of penis
It is mainly caused by his (her) injury or self-injury, and other injuries such as dog bites also belong to this kind of injury. It is usually partial cutting. In severe cases, the skin, cavernous body and urethra of the penis are completely cut off, and the distal end of the penis is lost. Only the stump of the penis is left. There is much bleeding, which can lead to shock. In the operation of groin and scrotum in children, the cavernous body of the penis was accidentally injured due to negligence, resulting in partial defect of the cavernous body of the penis or being cut in the middle.
6. Dislocation of penis
Larger violence acts on the root of the penis, and the penis leaves its original position and moves to the lower abdominal wall, scrotum, groin and perineum, which is often accompanied by urethral injury.
