(3) Rub the testicles

Supine position. Pull both hands up to the medullary joint through the front glue groove line and up to the head. Cross the hands, lift the palms upwards, and push the feet straight. Drop both hands straight from the top, extend the hands forward, bend the upper body forward, and lift both hands to the Yongquan acupoint. Push the feet straight with force, with opposite force between the hands and feet. Release the hands to restore the body to a supine position. Repeat this 10 times, or determine the number of times based on your ability. This method has the effect of strengthening the waist and knees, tonifying the kidneys and consolidating essence.
