We all know that vulvar itching is common, and it is an annoying disease. Many patients suffer from vulvar itching, which poses many risks. People should be aware of its symptoms and pay attention to diagnostic considerations.

Infectious diseases: trichomonal vaginitis and fungal vaginitis, too much leucorrhea, and leucorrhea stimulates vulva itching
2. The vaginal care method is incorrect, causing itching in the female vulva. High concentration cleaning solution is commonly used to clean the vagina, which can promote the normal growth of vaginal flora and reduce the inhibitory effect of pathogenic bacteria.
3. Menstrual factors cause itching in the female vulva. Experts point out that due to menstrual blood flowing through the vagina, it hinders normal vaginal acidity and alkalinity, and hidden pathogen infections can cause external genital itching.

Self prevention of external genital itching in daily life starts from the following aspects:
1. Pay attention to clothing style
Underwear and underwear should be clean, soft and loose, preferably made of cotton fabric, and do not wear synthetic clothing.
2. Diet should be adjusted
Pay attention to adjusting gastrointestinal function, and avoid smoking, alcohol, chili peppers, strong tea, coffee, and other stimulating foods such as fresh vegetables and soy products that are light and rich in vitamins for smooth bowel movements.
3. Maintain air circulation and avoid being too dry
Adjust the indoor temperature to 6-20 degrees and the relative humidity to 30-40%. When the relative humidity is below 20%, the indoor air is too dry and allergenic substances such as dust are prone to flying. Therefore, by sprinkling water on the ground, people with conditions can use a humidifier.
4. Do not scratch when itching occurs
People with sensitive skin should not only reduce their activities appropriately, but also pay attention not to be diligent in bathing and not to have too high water temperature. If not, the sebum on the surface of the skin will be washed off, making the skin dry and prone to itching. After taking a shower, 30% to 50% glycerol can be applied to the body surface. In addition, in order to prevent proliferative changes in epidermal cells, they become rough and thick, resulting in a vicious cycle of scratching and itching.
