Now the pressure of work is increasing and the pace of life is accelerating. Many male friends suffer from infertility. The main causes of male infertility are heredity, abnormal sex hormone, varicocele, genital tract infection, testicle, bad living habits, external pollution and other aspects. So, how should male friends quickly find and treat infertility?
How to measure male infertility
If the testicles are healthy
The testicle is swollen and painful. The testicle gradually shrinks after easing. The testicular torsion or orchitis may cause traumatic atrophy. This is often accompanied by irreversible damage of spermatogenic cells. The testicle does not fall into the scrotum and remains in the abdominal cavity, which is called testicular disease. Excessive temperature in the abdominal cavity is not conducive to sperm production, and the risk of testicular malignant transformation is also greatly increased.
Self-check semen health status
Semen is a milky white liquid, which is composed of the secretion of testicles, epididymis, prostate and seminal vesicle, and mixed with the secretion of some urethral glands. Observation of semen can also partly reflect fertility. Normal semen is gray white or slightly yellow. If there is pink or red, it is bloody semen.
The normal semen volume is 2~6 ml, and more than 7 ml is too much. Not only is the sperm density low, but also it is easy to flow out of the female vagina, and the total number of sperm decreases. If the total amount of semen is less than 2 ml, it means that the amount of semen is too small. Less than 1 ml is too small, which is very easy to cause infertility. Generally, after semen injection, it becomes liquid within 15-30 minutes, and cannot change its shape after more than 30 minutes. It is clinically said that semen does not liquefy, which is also the cause of infertility.
What are the items of sterility inspection?

Microbiological examination related to male infertility: it is also an important examination.
Endocrine examination related to men: male endocrine disorder is also an important reason for infertility.
Genetic examination of male infertility.
Prostatic fluid examination: Prostatitis is one of the reasons for the highest incidence rate of infertility among men.
