1. Kidney strengthening exercise
(1) Sit upright, legs naturally separated, shoulder width apart, hands bent and elbows raised sideways, fingers extended upwards, flat with ears. Then, raise both hands and feel the impact of two ribs, then recover. You can do it 3 to 5 times in a row, 3 to 5 times a day. Before doing the movements, you should relax a bit. (3) Sit upright, with your legs naturally sagging, and slowly rotate your body from side to side 3-5 times. Then, swing your feet forward more than 10 times, depending on your personal strength. Relax throughout the body while performing movements, and the movements should be naturally relaxed. When rotating the body, the torso should be kept upright and not tilted. This action can move the waist and knees, benefiting the kidneys and strengthening the waist. Practicing this exercise regularly can help improve the waist and knees, which is beneficial for the kidneys.
(4) Sit upright, loosen your belt, put on wide clothes, rub your hands hot, place them on your waist, and rub them up and down until you feel a fever in your waist. This method can warm the kidneys and strengthen the waist. There are acupoints such as the Du meridian and the Mingmen acupoint in the waist, as well as acupoints such as the Kidney Shu, Qi Hai Shu, and Large Intestine Shu in the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian. After rubbing, I feel a fever all over my body, which has the effects of warming the kidneys, strengthening the waist, relaxing tendons, and promoting blood circulation.
(5) Bring your feet together, cross your head with both hands, then bend down, touch the ground with both hands, then squat down, embrace your knees with both hands, silently blow, but make no sound. This can be done 10 times in a row.
2. Waist massage
(1) Rub the palms of your hands until they heat up, place them on your waist, massage the palms onto your skin, and massage your waist up and down until you feel a fever. Sooner or later, it can be done once, around 200 times each time. This exercise can nourish the kidneys and nourish qi.
