How to distinguish between true and false "love liquid" in women? There are usually the following methods
The vaginal secretions of women during sexual arousal are called "love fluids", but if there is too much fluid, it often makes women feel embarrassed and uneasy. In fact, "love liquid" is a normal physiological reaction, similar to the secretion produced by men during sexual excitement, which can play a lubricating role. Women aged 20-30 secrete more 'love fluids', which is a sign of healthy sexual ability. Zhao Jianyue, Deputy Chief Physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital, said that it should be noted that some pathological causes of vaginal discharge are similar to "love fluid". How to distinguish between true and false "love fluid" is a compulsory course for women to have a happy sexual life.
There are usually several types of "fake love liquid": colorless transparent vaginal discharge with a similar appearance to normal vaginal discharge, but a significant increase in quantity, commonly seen after taking estrogen drugs, pelvic varicose veins, and uterine curvature. Women with weak bodies often have a large amount of colorless and thin vaginal discharge, which is believed to be caused by spleen deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine. Coagulation block shaped vaginal discharge is a sticky, curd like or tofu residue like appearance, with varying amounts. It is a manifestation of fungal vaginitis, characterized by strange itching of the external genitalia. Yellow water like leukorrhea is commonly seen in the early stage of endometrial cancer lesions (initially watery, later bloody), and primary fallopian tube cancer (intermittent discharge of yellow water like leukorrhea is an important symptom).
Purulent vaginal discharge is yellow or greenish yellow in color, with a purulent appearance and often a foul odor. It is commonly seen in trichomonas vaginitis (often accompanied by external genital itching), senile vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervicitis, and inflammation of the uterine cavity. There is blood mixed in bloody leukorrhea, and the amount of blood varies. Commonly seen in elderly vaginitis (due to superficial ulcers on the vaginal wall), severe cervical erosion, cervical polyps, submucosal uterine fibroids (when bleeding from ulcers occurs), early cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, etc. Once there is blood mixed with vaginal discharge after sexual intercourse, one should be alert to the possibility of malignant tumors in the reproductive system. If abnormal vaginal discharge is found, in addition to describing the color, quality, quantity, and taste of the discharge to the doctor, it is also necessary to clarify whether there is any concomitant external genital itching, irregular vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, and whether there is a history of long-term antibiotic use, transvaginal delivery surgery, etc.
