How to Calculate the Physiological Period of Girls and When to Take Contraceptive Pills Effectively
Nowadays, many young people do not like to use contraception when having sex, usually through external ejaculation or calculating a woman's menstrual cycle. However, the menstrual cycle of women is not uniform, and different people have different days and algorithms. Therefore, if you want to use this method of contraception, you must carefully calculate it.
Generally speaking, the average woman menstruates within 28 days, and ovulation occurs mostly in the middle of the menstrual cycle, between 14 and 16 days. However, due to different health conditions, living environments, psychological stimuli, and other factors, ovulation is often advanced or delayed.
Step 1: Observe the menstrual cycle. Do you have a regular menstrual cycle? How many days are there between two menstrual periods? This information needs to be mastered first. If you cannot answer these two questions correctly, you can use
The method of recording the calendar and marking the first day during menstruation. Calculate the number of days between the next menstrual cycle (i.e. the first day of the next cycle).
The length and pattern of the menstrual cycle may require accurate calculation for three to four consecutive months. The average menstrual cycle is 28 days, but 23-35 days are normal. Of course, the number of cycle days also varies from month to month.
Step 2: Determine the ovulation period. The short period of sexual intercourse during ovulation is the key to pregnancy, as it is the time when mature eggs are expelled from the ovaries to the fallopian tubes. So, the second thing is to determine the ovulation date.
During ovulation, women often experience physiological changes and symptoms. Many women during ovulation experience mild abdominal pain (mostly on one side) due to sensitive olfactory and auditory sensations in the chest, especially in the breast skin, as well as increased mucinous vaginal discharge or bloody mucinous labial edema. Women also experience increased libido. Women frequently ovulate every month. After 24 hours of ovulation, if they do not come into contact with sperm for fertilization, they will lose their ability to fertilize and achieve contraceptive effects
For men, after sperm is discharged into the vagina, they can enter the hidden nest of the cervix and the fallopian tubes within 5-15 minutes. They begin to die within 4-6 hours and lose their ability to fertilize around 48 hours. This means that 48 hours before ovulation and 24 hours after ovulation are the "dangerous period" of pregnancy and should be avoided.
