6. Compression symptoms: Different compression symptoms can occur due to the different growth sites and sizes of uterine fibroids. If the myoma grows on the front wall of the uterus, it can compress the bladder and produce frequent urination, urgency, and even urinary pond tumors; If a fibroid grows on the posterior wall of the uterus, it can compress the rectum and cause constipation; Fibroids that occur in the broad ligament can compress the ureter, internal and external veins, and nerves, leading to ureteral obstruction, hydronephrosis, and lower limb edema or neuropathic pain.

1. Carcinogenesis: If multiple uterine fibroids undergo sarcoma degeneration, the tumor body suddenly develops. Fast growth, fibroids may worsen. Clinical investigation shows that 0.5-1% of patients may experience malignant transformation.
