How many sperm will be discharged every time you have sex? How much do you know about the three secrets of semen
How do men correctly recognize semen? Semen is milky white or light yellow liquid with special smell secreted by male gonads and accessory sex organs. How can men correctly recognize semen? Here is your introduction.
1、 How do men correctly recognize semen
Healthy men can excrete 50000000 sperm per ejaculation. After that, these sperm begin a long journey from the vagina to the cervix, and then to the fallopian tube.
We should know that the combination of the healthiest eggs and the most powerful sperm can produce the best quality babies! Among the tens of millions of sperm, only one or two sperm can stand out and meet the egg waiting for fertilization. As a good wife, you need to make his sperm strong!
2、 Small observation on semen:
1. Volume: The average ejaculation volume of a normal male is 2 to 6 ml, with an average of 3.5 ml. Less than 1.5 ml or more than 8 ml is considered abnormal. Too little semen is not conducive to sperm entering the cervix, and too much semen will be diluted, which is not conducive to insemination.
2. Appearance: Normal semen is gray white, translucent milky white after liquefaction, and the semen without ejaculation for a long time is slightly yellow.
3. Viscosity and liquefaction: the semen discharged under normal conditions is gelatinous. If the semen cannot coagulate or its viscosity is too low after being discharged, it is often seen in sperm reduction caused by ejaculatory tube defects.
4. PH value: The pH value of semen should be measured with precision pH test paper within 1 hour after ejaculation. Normal semen is weakly alkaline, with pH between 7.2-8.0. Alkaline semen can neutralize acidic vaginal secretions, which is conducive to normal sperm activity. PH>8.0 can be seen in acute inflammation of prostate, seminal vesicle gland, bulbar gland of urethra and epididymis; PH less than 7.0 is common in vasectomy obstruction, congenital absence of seminal vesicle and chronic inflammation of epididymis.
In addition, sperm lives in the secretion of male accessory gonads, which is conducive to sperm movement and neutralizing the weak acid environment in the female vagina, and plays a role in protecting sperm from being damaged.
Research and practice have proved that normal sexual life can promote the love between husband and wife and family harmony; Semen plays a key role in maintaining the balance of hormones in women, which can prevent or reduce the occurrence of certain cancers.
3、 What's wrong with spermatorrhea and spermatorrhea
When boys enter puberty, most of them will be shy, nervous and uneasy for spermatorrhea. They don't dare to let people know after spermatorrhea [spermatorrhea], as if they have done something unseemly. If they feel uncomfortable after spermatorrhea, they will suspect that it is caused by spermatorrhea, and fear that they will get sick. In fact, spermatorrhea is a normal physiological phenomenon that occurs when young men enter puberty and the genital organs become mature.
As the saying goes, "When the semen is full, it will overflow." When the semen is full, the semen in the body will be stored too much, and the sexual excitement will increase. If there are other stimuli, such as dreams of the opposite sex, compression of bedding, tight underwear, etc., it will occur ejaculation. There are also semen flowing out in a sober state, which is called spermatorrhea.
Like many other secretions in the body, semen is constantly produced and is not afraid of excretion. From a physiological point of view, these secretions are excreted as much as they are produced, and there will be no problem of exhaustion affecting health. On the contrary, if prostate secretion is not discharged for a long time, it is accumulated and concentrated, and it is easy to form crystals or stones. Sperm emission marks the maturity of male reproductive platform function.
Many people believe that semen is the essence of the human body, and there is a folk saying that "ten drops of blood and one drop of essence". It is believed that spermatorrhea will deplete people's vitality and weaken the human body. It is completely unnecessary for some young people to be worried after spermatorrhea. In fact, semen is not so precious. During ejaculation (including sexual ejaculation), about 2~6 ml of semen is ejected each time. Although the composition of semen is complex, its main components are water, protein and some sugar, and the proportion of protein and sugar is very small.
Some people will feel dizzy, backache and depressed after spermatorrhea. They think that this is caused by spermatorrhea. This is also a misunderstanding. The above symptoms are mainly due to the lack of scientific mental health knowledge, the acceptance of some unscientific legends and the relevant hints of old books and periodicals, resulting in the above pathological conditions, the psychological threat of stimulation, and the resulting mental burden, not the loss of semen due to spermatorrhea.
