Acute liver injury caused by HAV, HBV, HCV infection, and other reasons should be excluded based on clinical characteristics, liver function tests, and relevant information.

Subclinical clinical symptoms and liver function damage are severe, usually acute, often accompanied by jaundice, liver swelling, and spleen swelling are rare. Half of the patients have fever, accompanied by symptoms such as fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and liver pain. About one-third of the patients have joint pain. Bile is silted up, with itchy skin and lighter stool color compared to hepatitis A. Most patients' jaundice subsides around 2 weeks, with a course of 6-8 weeks and generally does not develop into chronic conditions.
