Classification of degree of uterine prolapse

1. Degree I: uterine prolapse does not need treatment, and can be recovered by taking rest.

2. Grade II: Except for the vaginal orifice, the uterine body or part of the uterine body is still in the vagina. Hazards of uterine prolapse

1. Cause excessive menstruation: If you find that the recent menstruation volume has suddenly increased, accompanied by backache and other problems, then this may be due to the uterine backward, the pelvic vein distortion caused by the change in the position of the ovarian fallopian tube, and the resulting blood flow is not smooth, causing excessive menstruation.

2. Dysmenorrhea: One of the second major characteristics of uterine prolapse is dysmenorrhea. Normal uterus can discharge the menstrual blood through the cervical canal. When the position of the uterus changes, it can only discharge the menstrual blood by compressing the volume of the uterine cavity, so that women will feel strong spastic contraction. The pain of spastic contraction will cause women's dysmenorrhea.

3. Vaginal prolapse tumor: The patient said that the spherical object prolapsed from the vagina, which was more obvious when walking and physical labor, and paid for it after bed rest. People with severe sagging fall outside all day and cannot pay for walking activities by themselves. They feel uncomfortable rubbing with their pants. After a long time of rubbing, ulcers, infections, secretions increase, bleeding, and local tissue thickens.

4. Endometriosis: uterine prolapse can cause female endometriosis, and those with posterior position of uterus often need to strengthen uterine contraction, and menstrual blood can be discharged through the cervical canal. The intensification of uterine contraction will inevitably increase the pressure in the uterine cavity. Under high pressure, part of menstrual blood may flow back to the pelvic cavity through the fallopian tube, leading to endometriosis.
