Tired from the journey
Phenomenon: Many men travel with their families. As the backbone of the family, men still play a major role in tourism. Buying tickets, arranging meals, arranging accommodation, taking care of luggage, and especially taking care of the elderly and children at home are all tasks that require the word "tired".
Analysis: It is precisely because of "tiredness" that leads to "obstacles" in couples' lives. Sexual dysfunction caused by physical fatigue, emotional tension, and other reasons is a common factor causing male ED, which can occur in young and middle-aged men. Fatigue causes sexual dysfunction, mainly due to the production of a large amount of "lipid peroxide" in the body, which can directly cause biofilm damage. Without timely diagnosis and treatment, irreversible pathological damage can be caused to the reproductive system. The sexual dysfunction caused by chronic fatigue is initially psychogenic, but as the degree of fatigue continues to accumulate, it will gradually transition to organic and eventually become permanent.
Sedentary
Phenomenon: Car owners tend to choose chic self driving trips, where men who are also drivers need to wear seat belts and stick to driving for hours. Of course, there are also men who sit at home in front of the TV and computer for half a day, hardly leaving the sofa or chair except for eating, going to the bathroom, and sleeping.
Analysis: After sitting for a long time, the scrotum will be compressed, resulting in impeded venous flow, obstruction of blood vessels near the testicles, and severe congestion can lead to varicocele, which can affect male sexual function. "When varicocele occurs, harmful substances produced by testicular metabolism cannot be discharged in a timely manner, nor can sufficient nutrients be obtained, which can damage the normal secretion of testosterone by the testis, resulting in a decrease in testosterone.". Testosterone is the power to maintain sexual function and produce sperm in men. Once lacking, it is bound to lead to ED in men.
