Sexual Health
Four factors affecting female frigidity: premature sexual life or frigidity after childbirth
Postnatal female apathy is one of the female dysfunction, what is the reason? How should a new mother adjust to become frigid?
Causes of postpartum frigidity
1. Early onset of sexual activity after childbirth
Changes in the female's overall and reproductive system after childbirth have a certain inhibitory effect on sexual desire. Generally, after 2 months after childbirth, all organs return to normal, and sexual life can begin at this time. Starting sexual life prematurely after childbirth can easily lead to sexual aversion from the wife and induce sexual apathy.
2. Overwork
After birth, women often focus on their children and have a low interest in sex itself. At this point, the husband looks at the children and household chores without understanding, caring, or helping. The wife is busy alone, overworked, and prone to sexual apathy.
3. Reproductive system diseases
Postpartum endometriosis and chronic pelvic inflammatory discomforts that leave scars during childbirth, reduce vaginal sexual sensitivity, or cause pain when vaginal stricture cause apathy.
4. Improper contraceptive measures
Some women do not take effective contraceptive measures after childbirth. When having sex, they are always worried because they are afraid of pregnancy. In addition, couples who use interruption methods for contraception have strong sexual interests each time, and women who interrupt their wives when they approach orgasm. There are also women who are prone to postpartum sexual apathy due to vaginal diseases. Sexual apathy may occur over time.
How to deal with postpartum frigidity?
1. Relax yourself and meet your needs.
New mothers always put family first and tend to ignore their own needs. You should create opportunities to temporarily leave your family. For example, friend gatherings, shopping, fitness, etc. can help you relax. These activities often meet children's own needs, are confident, and do not worry too much about their own health.
2. Strengthen postpartum private exercises to improve sexual sensitivity.
Many new mothers who give birth naturally worry about vaginal relaxation. New mothers can increase their vaginal contractility through PC muscle exercises. That is, in daily life, they consciously and often contract the urethra, anus, and vaginal sphincter to exercise PC muscles, at least 20 times per cycle. The more times they contract, the better the effect.
3. Use vaginal lubricant appropriately.
Due to special reasons for body hormone secretion after childbirth, insufficient vaginal lubrication is prone to occur during postpartum sexual life. When the vagina is dry, proper use of vaginal lubricant can make sexual life smoother. The main ingredients of vaginal lubricant are pure water and fiber, so there is no need to worry about the impact on the body.
