When doing Push-up, keep the support state for 30 seconds, while contracting the abdominal muscles as much as possible. Be careful to keep your body upright when jumping upwards. Try to repeat each action more than 10 times.
Step 4: Use a fitness ball for squeezing exercises. The goal is to exercise the muscles in the back, buttocks, and inner thighs to enhance endurance.
Lie flat on the ground, knees bent, feet spread flat on the ground, close to the hips, and then clip the medicine ball between your legs. Keep your heels on the ground while lifting your hips as much as possible until you feel the Scapula become your support points. Squeeze the medicine ball with the inner thighs, which is similar to a specialized pelvic approach. After holding for 3 seconds, return to the initial position and repeat the entire movement 8 times.
Step 5: Lift the hands and feet on different sides. The goal is to exercise the back muscles, improve stability, hip flexibility, and balance ability, and appropriately extend sexual intercourse time.
Kneel on the ground, support the ground with both hands apart, shoulder width apart. Raise your right hand and straighten your arms to be level with your shoulders. At the same time, lift the left leg and keep it level with the body; Stretch your arms and legs to both sides as much as possible. Swap the opposite arm and leg and repeat the above action. Restore the initial kneeling position and repeat the movements 8 times on each side.
