In the survey, "willingness and ability to communicate and understand" is the second major factor affecting marital happiness, but in real life, more than half of the respondents (58.9%) chat with their lovers for less than one hour every day.
The longer the marriage lasts, the more important the communication is. Therefore, the old husband and wife should especially take one hour to chat with their partner every day, and make a phone call before going to bed, during meals, and between work to squeeze out the communication time. In addition, you can also express your feelings through body language, such as staying close when watching TV and holding hands when walking.
