Do you know what's wrong with abdominal pain and bleeding? Pay attention to emergency measures for ectopic pregnancy
Pregnancy is a process that all women must go through, and it is also a particularly important thing. During pregnancy, it is necessary to pay attention to changes in the body, especially when ectopic pregnancy occurs, its harm is also particularly serious, and we must be clear.
Manifestations of ectopic pregnancy
1. Abdominal pain: The patient has sagging or severe pain in the lower abdomen, a feeling of defecation, and often sweats profusely. If the affected area ruptures, the patient may experience tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, accompanied by symptoms of nausea and vomiting.
2. Amenorrhea: The early symptoms of ectopic pregnancy can easily be confused with normal early pregnancy reactions. If a pregnant woman experiences amenorrhea and early pregnancy reactions in a short period of time, there may also be lower abdominal distension and pain on one side. Upon examination, it is found that the fallopian tubes are normal and swollen, and it should be suspected of ectopic pregnancy.
3. Vaginal bleeding: Patients with ectopic pregnancy may experience symptoms of vaginal bleeding. It should be noted that ectopic pregnancy bleeding is an irregular vaginal bleeding that occurs after embryonic death, with a dark brown color and a small amount, generally not exceeding the menstrual flow. Bleeding is often accompanied by the expulsion of decidual tubes or fragments. When the lesion is eliminated, the bleeding can completely stop. During menstrual bleeding, there is no shedding of membrane tissue.
4. Syncope and shock: Many patients experience acute bleeding in the abdominal cavity, reduced blood volume, or severe abdominal pain, with mild cases of syncope and severe cases of shock, which can be life-threatening.
5. Other symptoms: Patients with ectopic pregnancy experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and frequent urination. Some patients may experience shock due to massive bleeding, pale complexion, and decreased blood pressure.
Symptoms of ectopic pregnancy
Sudden pain and bleeding in the lower abdomen, but the amount and duration of bleeding vary from person to person. Generally speaking, the initial amount of bleeding is small, and the zygote will cause massive bleeding after the rupture of the fallopian tube implantation. In addition to vaginal bleeding, there may also be abdominal distension and pain. Initially, there may be pain in the lower abdomen, and sometimes there may be pressure on the anus.
After the rupture of ectopic pregnancy, the patient will feel severe abdominal pain and a large amount of internal bleeding, and there will be such shock phenomena as pale complexion, fine pulse rate, and drop of blood pressure. Generally, the ectopic pregnancy will rupture about 6-8 weeks after pregnancy. The rupture of ectopic pregnancy can break through the wall of the fallopian tube or abort from the end of the fimbriae of uterine tube to the abdominal cavity, threatening the patient's life, which is more serious than abortion.
