In the history of China before ancient people had sex, there were official records dating back to the Han Dynasty. In the fourth year of the Jianchu reign of the Eastern Han Dynasty, in the year 79 AD, the court organized a nationwide discussion on Confucian classics, which was personally presided over by the emperor. The minutes of the meeting were compiled and edited by Ban Gu as the "White Tiger Tongde Lun", abbreviated as "White Tiger Tongde". This was the official standard answer to Confucian classics at that time and had a great impact on future generations.
Such official orthodox books attach great importance to sexual issues. There is also a section of "White Tiger Tong" specifically discussing Bi Yong. Kaifeng Yong was an ancient academic palace where the children of male nobles learned various skills required by the nobles in the curriculum. So, why can't it be done at home instead of at school? From the perspective of "Bai Hu Tong", this issue was also raised at the imperial meeting, and "Bai Hu Tong" was recorded. The original text said: "Does the father not teach children? It's also dereliction of duty. In addition, the professor's path must explain the changes in the Yin Yang couple, and fathers and sons cannot teach.
The meaning is that the father cannot educate his son, so he is not serious. As a compulsory course in schools for aristocratic children during the Eastern Han Dynasty, people had a very clear concept of sexuality and attached great importance to researching sexual issues. Of course, from today's perspective, if father and son cannot educate each other, it may not necessarily be. Before the Tang Dynasty, China had spread numerous scientific names for room sex, such as the Sutra of Pure Women, the Sutra of Xuan Women, the Secret of the Jade Chamber, the Instructions to the Jade Chamber, and the Cave Xuan Zi. Unfortunately, many of them were lost during the Five Dynasties and after the Northern Song Dynasty.
The "New Book of Tang" records the interesting things that Emperor Taizong of Tang taught his righteous brother. After Tang Taizong's sister Princess Danyang and Xue Wanche got married, Xue was very foolish in her room and the princess was very unhappy. She hadn't slept with him for several months. After hearing about it, Emperor Taizong held a banquet and recruited several other righteous brothers, carefully explaining the essentials of the room. According to Wanli Yehuo Bian of the Ming Dynasty, there was Joy Buddha in the imperial palace of the Ming Dynasty (the true gods of Tibetan Buddhism Tantrism, namely, the Gods of Desire and Love in Buddhism). Before the emperor got married, the eunuch brought the emperor into this secret chamber and held a ceremony. Later on, this ceremony continued until the Qing Dynasty, and there was also a folk ceremony for men and women to get married.
