We must pay attention to the occurrence of uterine polyps, especially after getting sick, we should prescribe medication according to our own condition, and patients should also pay attention to reasonable care and dietary adjustment.
Do uterine polyps require surgery?
Up to now, there are two treatment methods for uterine polyps: traditional Chinese medicine recuperation and surgical resection. However, traditional Chinese medicine has a slow and unclear effect, and hospitals generally use surgical resection as a treatment method.
Ignoring the growth of uterine polyps can affect women's reproductive function and cause infertility, as well as pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse. Therefore, it is necessary to remove uterine polyps in a timely manner.
Treatment of uterine polyps
1. Ironing treatment: After ironing treatment of cervical polyps, large areas of scars may be left, which may affect the secretion glands, alter cervical mucus, and cause infertility. However, this depends on the level of medical technology, and high-level surgery minimizes these hazards to the greatest extent possible.
2. Microwave therapy: For large polyps, local reactions are severe during treatment, with frequent bleeding and vaginal bleeding. When tissue falls off, there is a large amount of bleeding, and the recovery time is long.
3. Laser therapy: This treatment method avoids direct cervical contact, is easy to grasp the depth, has less harm, and generally recovers in about a month. Laser therapy is relatively safe and has little impact on female fertility, but its efficacy is not thorough and is prone to recurrence.
