Can frequent urination and urgency be diagnosed as seminal vesiculitis? What are the clinical manifestations of seminal vesiculitis
Seminal vesiculitis is one of the common infectious diseases in men. The onset age is mostly 20~40 years old. The main clinical manifestation is blood sperm, but there are acute and chronic differences, and individual differences are large. The clinical manifestations are different.
1. Pain: lower abdominal pain can be seen in acute cases, which is related to perineum and bilateral groins. Chronic patients may feel pain on the pubic bone, accompanied by perineal discomfort. Pain symptoms are significantly aggravated during ejaculation.
2. Frequency of urination, urgency of urination, and pain of urination: acute patients have obvious symptoms of urgency of urination and pain of urination, while chronic patients have obvious symptoms of frequency of urination, urgency of urination, discomfort of urination, and burning sensation.
3. Blood sperm: When ejaculating, blood sperm is discharged, and the semen is pink or red or with blood clots. The phenomenon of blood sperm is more obvious in acute patients.
4. Other symptoms: fever, cold, cold war, and systemic symptoms of acute seminal vesiculitis. Hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. While ejaculation pain, low libido, ejaculation and premature ejaculation are common in chronic patients.
5. Auxiliary examination: A large number of red blood cells and white blood cells can be seen in the routine examination of semen. Bacterial culture of semen was positive. Blood routine examination showed that white blood cells in acute patients increased significantly. Patients with seminal vesiculitis can contact swollen seminal vesicles with pain during anal diagnosis. It can also compress pain slightly on the lower abdomen, perineum and pubis.
