Although the foreskin can be turned up to expose the glans, the foreskin opening is very small and covers the external opening of the urethra, which is called "foreskin too long".
Generally speaking, phimosis requires surgical treatment, and excessive foreskin may vary depending on the situation. The frequent reproduction of bacteria causes balanitis, and the secretion and accumulation seriously form smegma. If necessary, surgical treatment will be performed. Long term chronic inflammation and smegma stimulation will induce serious lesions. For married men, having a long foreskin may also lead to partner infection with Candida, leading to gynecological diseases such as vaginitis and cervicitis. This situation should also be treated as soon as possible.
