Can anxiety and depression cause prostatitis? Be alert to the five major causes of prostatitis
Inducement 1: prostate congestion
Congestion caused by various reasons, especially passive congestion, is an important cause of prostatitis. The onset of patients is often not caused by bacterial infection and microbial invasion, but caused by inflammation and prostatitis.
Congestion is common in life:
1. Abnormal sexual life. Frequent sexual life, interruption of sexual intercourse, excessive masturbation, etc. can cause abnormal hyperemia of the prostate. However, excessive abstinence in sexual life can also produce long-term automatic excitement and cause passive hyperemia.
2. Directly press the perineum. Cycling, cycling, and sitting for a long time can lead to repeated damage to the vulva and prostate congestion, especially the most common problem of cycling for a long time.
3. An unhealthy lifestyle. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, bad living habits such as excessive drinking and greedy greasy food are easy to cause endogenous dampness and heat, which accumulate in the reproductive organs and cause sexual excitement.
4. Massage is too heavy. External stimulation caused by inappropriate prostate massage and other medical behaviors, such as excessive or frequent manipulation, can cause prostate congestion.
A cold catches cold. A cold can cause the sympathetic nerve of the human body to be excited, resulting in an increase in the internal pressure of the urethra and the contraction of the prostate tube, which hinders the excretion of prostate fluid, and leads to congestion.
Countermeasures: Patients with chronic prostatitis should ask doctors to take corresponding treatment measures according to different inducing factors. Congestive factors are the main cause of prostatitis. Various factors of passive congestion should be eliminated. The frequency of sexual life should be moderate, and cycling should not be long. Chinese medicine should be used to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
Inducement 2: pathogenic microorganism infection
Bacteria, protozoa, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms have become the source of infection of prostatitis, among which bacteria are the most common, such as gonococcus and non-gonococcus. There are three main channels of bacterial invasion. First, hematogenous infection. More than 90% of clinical bacterial prostatitis is caused by microbial infection. The second is lymphatic infection, such as urinary tract infection and colon and proctitis, which can infect the prostate through lymphatic channels and produce inflammation. The third is direct spread. When men urinate, the urine passes through the prostate, and the bacteria in the urine can directly enter the prostate, causing prostate infection.
Countermeasures: antibiotic treatment, combined with traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat, removing dampness, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
