Sexual Health
Before making love, it is important to do a good job of personal hygiene. Frequent communication can damage personal health
Sexual intercourse between couples is sweet and stimulating, but it should be stopped appropriately, and frequent sexual intercourse can damage the health of the genitals. Because the vaginal environment of women is acidic. The penis tends to be alkaline due to external bacteria, which can cause a surge in pH after sexual intercourse, leading to private infections.
The vagina is a stable acidic environment
Healthy women's vaginas are in an acidic environment (pH range of 3.8-4.4), which is maintained by the dominant bacterium Lactobacillus producing lactic acid to inhibit the growth of other bacteria. Anatomically, the vagina is connected to the outside world, but the width of the upper and lower parts of the vagina is narrow, that is, the outlet part is opposite and narrow. Usually, the vaginal wall is suitable. Therefore, the vagina is relatively isolated from the outside world, maintaining a relatively stable acidic environment.
Compared to the acidic environment of the vagina, the male penis tends to be alkaline because the epidermis of the penis is the skin rather than the mucosa, and the pH value of the skin is approximately 5.5. Therefore, compared to the vagina, the penis tends to be alkaline. In addition, the penis is tightly wrapped, and sweat combined with men's "carefree" behavior often leads to the proliferation of bacteria in the penis. These bacteria are not the lactobacillus that the vagina likes to produce lactic acid, but rather the pathogenic bacteria that cause vaginitis.
Mechanical damage to the vagina
The process of sexual intercourse is the process of the penis entering and exiting the vagina. This piston movement has mechanical stimulation on the vagina and may introduce bacteria into the vagina. The vagina is composed of multiple layers of squamous epithelium, which has strong anti friction ability and no pain during friction stimulation, even if sexual intercourse is frequent. Long sexual intercourse time, no problem. Individual women experience significant pain when entering the penis, which may be related to insufficient preparation for caressing, insufficient fluid at the vaginal opening, or a clear fear of sexual intercourse, excessive muscle spasms in the lower part of the vagina, and the inflammatory response of vaginal infections may already cause pain when entering the penis.
Bringing bacteria into the vagina
Bacteria also exist in the female external genitalia, which is different from the inside of the vagina. Therefore, every time a woman has sex, her vagina is like a deadly enemy invading, and the bacteria carried by her external genitalia and penis are brought into the vagina. The weak alkalinity of the penis itself (relative to the vagina) disrupts the ecological balance inside the vagina. And during sexual intercourse, the vagina will open and make more contact with the outside world. In this way, alkali neutralization, an increase in foreign bacteria, and communication with the outside world... Therefore, it is not surprising that the vaginal pH value sharply increases from around 4 to 7.2 after sexual intercourse, and remains for 6-8 hours.
