Push about 10 times, then ask the person who is bent to turn their head towards the other side, and still push about 10 times according to the above method.
Then, the operator clenches their fists with their right hand and uses their wrist force to hit their back with moderate force, hitting them several times from top to bottom to stop. Modern medicine has confirmed that there are a large number of immune cells with strong combat power hidden under the skin of a person's back. By pushing the back, these immune cells can be activated, achieving the goal of dredging meridians, smoothing qi and blood, harmonizing viscera, and dispelling cold and pain.
Spine pinching: One side is bent over the bed, exposing the entire back. On the other side, along the two fingers on both sides of the spine, use both index fingers and thumbs to gently pinch the skin from the caudal sacrum, and then slowly push the skin forward until it reaches the highest spinal area under the neck, counting as one pass. From bottom to top, continuously pinch 4-6 times, counting as one pass. At the second or third pinch, lift the skin diagonally upwards for every three pinches. If done properly, a slight sound can be heard at the second to fifth lumbar vertebrae.
Finally, massage with both thumbs on the Shenshu acupoints on both sides of the waist (4.5 centimeters apart between the second and third lumbar spinous processes) for a while, once a night. Long term persistence can strengthen the spleen and nourish the stomach, improve appetite, rosy complexion, and prevent the occurrence and development of malnutrition. Touching the armpit: The armpit contains abundant blood vessels, nerves, and lymph nodes. If someone touches it with their hand, the victim will laugh, which is called "armpit movement" by experts. This movement is more convenient and feasible for couples to engage in.
