Attachment inflammation has five major infection pathways and five major causes that can cause disease
The occurrence of appendicitis not only affects the normal life and work of patients, but also seriously endangers their health. There are many reasons for its occurrence, and it is necessary to clarify its infection pathway.
Causes of appendicitis
1. Long term sitting posture: Maintaining a sitting posture for a long time can easily lead to poor blood circulation in the human body, especially the lower limb blood circulation is greatly affected, and the normal realization of ovarian and accessory detoxification function. Blocked blood circulation can easily cause accessory inflammation.
2. Tight fitting clothing: Frequently wearing tight fitting clothing is not conducive to blood circulation, which is one of them. At the same time, tight fitting clothing can accumulate vaginal waste, which is conducive to bacterial proliferation and inflammation. Therefore, although tight pants are beautiful, it is better not to wear them frequently for the sake of one's own health.
3. Resistance issue: Under normal circumstances, the human body's resistance will remain at a stable level, making it less susceptible to pathogen invasion. However, after childbirth or miscarriage, the body's resistance will decrease, which provides an opportunity for pathogens to take advantage, especially in the reproductive tract. Oviducts, ovaries - that is, accessories, human organ become inflamed under the infection of pathogens
4. Intrauterine device infection: An intrauterine device is a metal object placed in the uterus for contraception and is now widely used. However, when using an intrauterine device, if the patient does not pay attention to personal hygiene and surgery, and if strict disinfection procedures are not carried out, the intrauterine device can become infected and cause appendicitis.
5. Not paying attention to personal hygiene: If women do not pay attention to personal hygiene, it can also lead to the occurrence of adnexitis, such as not paying attention to menstrual hygiene, or engaging in sexual activity during menstruation and unclean sexual activities in daily life, which are all causes of adnexitis. In addition, untreated infections in certain parts of the body can also lead to appendicitis.
Attachment inflammation infection pathway
1. Direct invasion: It is common in clinical practice for patients with appendicitis to experience delayed treatment, where bacteria break through the appendix membrane and flow into the right appendix along with pus, accumulating in the left appendix.
2. Hematological transmission: mainly seen in pulmonary tuberculosis, such as tuberculosis, where tuberculosis invades the genitals through the bloodstream and is commonly seen in patients with genital tuberculosis.
3. Lymphatic transmission: In patients with enteritis, especially in severe cases, pathogenic bacteria can spread from the colon through lymphatic vessels to the genitals. If suffering from colitis, bacteria in the intestinal cavity can enter the left ovary and fallopian tubes through the lymphatic vessels.
