Causes of male infertility:
1. Not paying attention to personal hygiene
If male friends often do not pay attention to personal hygiene, causing infections in the reproductive tract, or congenital abnormalities in the male reproductive organs, they are all causes of male infertility. Semen is one of the necessary raw materials for the formation of zygote. If the semen quality is abnormal, such as weak sperm, oligospermia, dead sperm, or even azoospermia, it may be the cause of male infertility.
2. Mental depression or excessive fatigue
A person who is in a state of depression or overworked work all day can also lead to infertility, as it can affect sexual and reproductive functions.
3. Excessive frequency and density of sexual activity
If sexual activity is excessive, frequent, and dense, without proper control, the reproductive organs are in a congested state for a long time, which can easily lead to diseases such as prostatitis, prostate enlargement, impotence, and premature ejaculation, affecting fertility.
4. Premature sexual activity
Premature sexual activity in men can consume semen and easily lead to sexual dysfunction. In adulthood, symptoms such as premature ejaculation, impotence, and soreness in the waist and knees can occur, and in severe cases, it can even affect infertility.
5. Sexual dysfunction
Erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, enuresis, and non ejaculation are the most common causes of infertility, with non ejaculation accounting for 35% of male infertility.
6. Abnormal testicular nerve function
Testicular mental disorders such as cryptorchidism, small testicles, and epididymis can all lead to infertility and other conditions.
7. Immunological factors
The presence of anti sperm antibodies in men's serum or seminal plasma leads to their own anti sperm immune response, leading to immune infertility. The immunological reasons for male infertility cannot be ignored.
8. Abnormal semen quality
Abnormal semen quality, such as oligospermia, azoospermia, dead sperm, asthenospermia, polyspermia, oligospermia and semen liquefaction, can also lead to male infertility, and oligospermia accounts for 15.4% of male infertility. Medically, it is recommended that pregnant men take medication to avoid infertility caused by poor sperm quality.
9. Mental factors
Due to excessively strong sexual demands that cannot be restrained, especially when contemplating sexual arousal before sleep, the central nervous system of sexual activity is stimulated for a long time, resulting in ejaculation (such as frequent reading of pornographic books and paintings, leading to impulsive ejaculation).
10. Physical weakness
The function of each organ is not perfect enough, such as the cerebral cortex is not fully functional, losing control of the low-level center, and the excitability of the erection center and ejaculation center is increased, which will also cause spermatorrhea.
11. Local lesions
Local lesions of the sexual organs or urinary system, such as phimosis, foreskin elongation, urethritis, prostatitis, etc., can stimulate the sexual organs and cause ejaculation.
12. Precocious ejaculation
Precocious puberty refers to a boy's sexual maturity before the age of 10. There is enlargement and maturation of the gonads, the development of secondary sexual characteristics, the concentration of steroids in the serum reaching adult levels, and the production of sperm, resulting in the phenomenon of ejaculation. This precocious phenomenon is called precocious ejaculation. And this type of precocious ejaculation is seen in true male precocious puberty, with 60% of the causes being primary organic lesions, such as damage to the thalamus, intracranial tumors, and a few other rare causes.
